help again

i have a problem i try to download keeneland data files today didnt work so i unstalled rdss program then reloaded the program again on the registration page i get this you do not have a currently have an active RDSS data subscription plan but i have a trackmaster RDSS account...

Hi Barshoe,

Even though you have a trackmaster RDSS account, you have to register the software to access. In RDSS click the register button and fill in the required fields.

Thanks Benzer! Barshoe, in particular, you need to fill in your TrackMaster User Name and TrackMaster Password - that's how RDSS knows how to login and download data on your account.

Also pick a plan, pay as you go, monthly, ect.

thanks -but still not working trackmaster is active rdss is active but not reading data plan-.

Barshoe,

What happens when you try to download a race card? If you can download a card but can not view it that is a simple fix, most likely you have your settings to view the database files instead of the current files. If that is the case and you're not sure how to change the settings let me know.

Any bigger problem I would wait for Ted or another user to chime in.

Barshoe,

Please send me an email and attach your RDSS.INI file (found in your Rdss folder, on your C Drive - file type: 'Configuration'). Info in that file will resolve all the problems, and if not, just give me a call.
