Philly R6
I was on Philly also (I hate the term PARX) and I used the Binder improvement play in this race coupled with the most likely 2nd place finisher, the #9 horse to nail a $30 win on the #2 and a solid exacta. For the Binder improvement horse notice the #2 is 5th BUT THE VDC=1.

Hi Ernie
I see you used the 8.0 line for the 2 in a 5.5 race Im a little wary of Binder Improvers when Sprint and Route lines are mixed But im glad it worked out for you I used line 4 for the 2 and it did not put the 2 in the top 3 vdc nice score for you good skill Bill |

Further reasoning for using the route line for the 2 horse was: The most recent race was on a non-comparable surface "GD". The horse has previously won and was ITM in sprint races. The quirin speed points for the 2 was a "7" which was 2 points higher than any of the other contenders and which is indicative of very strong early dominance. Ernie |

Another example is Race 8 at Philly where New Pace in conjunction with the Quirin Speed Points pointed to the #4 (IMO) as a prime bet.. The #4 won and paid $23.80. New Pace had the #4 as "Dominant Early" (58%) and the Quirin Speed Points computed #4 to an "8" (top score). RDSS had the #4 as VDC=4, but worth a bet at 10/1. I might not have bet the #4 based on RDSS only. Just look at #4's early speed...they weren't able to catch him that day. Ernie |
