Folks,

Not only do you have to download the ZIP file, you have to open it and copy the file inside into your RDSS folder - that is the update. Make sure when you copy the file, that you allow Windows to replace or overwrite the file already there.

Ted:
Thanks so much for your great software, been using it for about a year now, once through the learning curve I am doing just fine. I think my subscription runs out in May 2011 but I see the subscription is due the first of the year. Is this a problem with the problem your now having or am I due 1-1-2011? I also downloaded the quick fix zip file, but not sure how to open it (haven't had to unzip files in years). Thanks for your time and am looking forward to renewing my subscription whenever you say it's due.
Thanks again

Mike,

Your software does not expire Jan 1, 2011 - that's the bug that is fixed by the update to version 0.99.2 (contained in the ZIP file you downloaded).

If you have downloaded the ZIP file, please open it by double-clicking it, then copy the file within it (RDSS.PBD) into your RDSS Folder and allow Windows to overwrite or replace the existing file. When you do this, you have updated to Version 0.99.2 and you can work with 2011 cards. Load RDSS and confirm that the version is 0.99.2 - and you're off to the races!

Send me an email or Private Message if you need me to help you further with this by phone.

yours,

Ted

Ted,
I downloaded the zipped file and have given up trying to get it to work after 2 days.
I hope you will have your computer fixed and the regular download ready in the next couple of days.
Frustrated with windows vista premium.
Happy New Year

Download the zip file to your desktop. Then open the zip file and "extract all" to your RDSS folder. It will prompt you and ask if you want to "overwrite" files. Say yes to all and you should be good to go. I have the same OS as you

Happy New Years
