Turn Time
I try to always use / factor it.
There's one particular example where it doesn't seem to make the difference it should or used to: At some speed-biased tracks I cannot confidently eliminate from the win spot a stone closer who has the worst F2 by open lengths, although the best F3. Any thoughts? Thanks. |
