Pretty cool, Ted, thanks to all responsible. Before this, the latest audio we had from Doc was the 1993 Las Vegas Seminar.

Video collection

Ted, I downloaded several of the videos that you posted from 1998, but when I tried to watch them there were no pictures only voice.
Is this how they are supposed to be viewed ?

Maybe this will help...

I had success with the videos...I set up a separate folder and first downloaded the Video Lan, followed by the videos. It worked ok...with windows Media Player.

Dick,

When you play AVI files, is it actually VLC which is used, by Windows, to play those files? If Windows' file association for AVI files is not VLCPlayer, Windows will invoke whatever program IS associated instead, by default Windows Media Player.

However, WMPand VLC both seem to work out of the box on AVI files, for me.

Are there OTHER AVI format files you have which VLC DOES open and display video for?

Ted

I use VLC player to watch the video files. To get it to work I just added a .flv extension at the end of the file name. Works just fine, so far.
