Don't beat yourself up. We all go through the ups and downs of horse racing.
Winter racing is tough and the racing cards today are very diversified with small fields and off or drying tracks that will exasterbate unfavorable betting conditions.
You only need a few plays for a price during the course of a week to show a decent profit.
Now is a good time to go into study mode and learn about trainer intent and angle spot plays.
Free contests and posting picks are great practice.

I will be doing a 3 hour back surgery in 2 weeks and I know what you are going through.
I guess we both have to hang in there.
