Download Error - Pace and Cap

For Ted or any other that may help.
For the last 2 days I have been unable to download fro TrackMaster.
Error says to try again in 15 min. and also to call TrackMaster, which I did. They said that everything on their end was working fine and that I should contact Ted.

Dennis, check your Private Messages.

Also, and for anyone who ever gets a download related error message - there is usually a bit of info accompanying the error message, often also a request to find and forward the error file named trk_last_err_msg.htm (found on your RDSS folder) to support@sartinmethodology.com. This error message file helps a lot (as it tells more about what problem RDSS had while contacting the TrackMaster server).
