Thank you all for playing. Pretty straightforward race with a straightforward outcome. Twas at work so didn't launch a wager, but it's all good. Glad to see some guys cashed this race!

I had a real tough time separating the #4 & the 1A. I put the 4 above the #1 so my final order was 9-4-1A-8-6. I tiered my bets w/ $3 ex. with the 9,$2 bets with the 4 and save bet of $1 with the 1A.
I had the 9 as the class of the three horses and used a 6.5 F line so I thought the 1/2 F cutback could help or propel it. I didn't bet him because he had the best price at 5-2 of the three. In this example if you hide horses you throw out the winner & place horse. The 4 & 1 were both 5.5 F lines and tough to separate. Wasn't sure the 4 could repeat the big effort in last & was his best race of last 8 or so races. The only decent ex. payoff were with the 9 winning. I guess he didn't like the going. I was sure I had the ex. in my top 3. Not a big payout, but it beats losing. We can't control what they pay. Yes the MONKEY was happy. Mitch44 |
