What does SPN stand for? Sustained Pace?

Hi Steve
No I believe its either Sartin Pace number or Speed Pace Number I think its very close in idea to the PBS number - Speed rating modified by the second call Pace of Race but probably calculated differently GS Bill |

In the Follow-Ups and manuals I have read it means Sartin Pace Number.
