PF3 (Projected Fraction 3)

Hey there,

When I try to search the forums on PF3, it won't let me, says it is too short or too common. I tried looking in the past of FAQ, but no thread seems to have PF3 in the title.

So, my question is, what is PF3? How is it derived, what is supposed to represent? How do people use it?

Thanks in advance,

Dan
