thank you

You all are so wonderful . I AM VERY lucky. That I have pace and cap

I really feel good and rested and very healthy. My blood pressure
Is just about perfect, I am on medication for my kidney problems
But I am in the best shape of my life .

I have reinvented my life once again
I am working security for a rehabilitation center in beautiful north San Diego
county. I am about an hour north of Del Mar
I wake up to a private chef who cooks my meals
I only drive my car two days a week. I get room and board
as part of my duties here at the center
I live up in the mountains and it is beautiful. Everyday is perfect weather and I have lots of companionship. The beach boys said it about California girls.
I go to the gym, I dance and do yoga and stepschulptue
I hike and meditate up in the hills and orchards that are here on the grounds.
There are 3 horses and an Llama which seem to like me , because I give them snacks.
I am at peace and I thank God and my family for all there love onto me.

Now I feel I can open up RDSS again and live and be happy.
Bill

Great to hear all the details Bill. I have driven in those hills on the way from Bill Lyster's home to Del Mar a few times - lovely country!

We want a photo of you and the llama

All the best,

Ted

Bill...

It is always good to slow down and smell the roses (and ocean). Giving snacks to a Llama couldn't hurt either.

What is really fun is walking around the avocado, lemon. and grapefruit trees
around the property. I never knew trees could be so beautiful all full of fresh fruits. I also have planted some amazing rose bushes. They are in bloom
so I am a real hero to the ladies at the clinic and the cooks here at the estate.
The view of the ocean that is miles away from the top of the mountain is amazing. I also look down and watch the trucks going up and down the 15
and thank god and tell doc how happy I am to have experienced so much
and that I ended up here.

Hi Bill ! Nice to here you are doing well ! I know what you mean about record keeping. I have found that I have become a professional record keeper. And the bottom line is for all the data I have collected I never use any of it when I figure a race. So I'm going thru my hard drive and nuking most of it. I never wanted to become a slave to handicapping but that has happened and I too have decided to back off and smell the rose's. I have a new greatgrand child and that reminded me that "real life" is way more important than finding the next winner. Wish you the best always. ramon
