Cash Call Futurity

Shared Belief boxed with Poker Player and a close look at the odds of Kobe's Back, the 13.

Native Diver - Hear the Ghost and Rousing Sermon the now horse. Look for Slim Shadey, the 3 to lead and fade. Seems like the 1, 3, 5, 8 and even the 2 might be up front. Definitely an OTE race for me.

Cash Call Futurity

This is DRF's race of the day for Saturday. I have yet to look at the PPs, so I have not formulated any opinion.

Any interest in this lucrative Hollywood Park 1 1/16 mile race for 2 year olds?

You bet!
I got the card and ran it in auto-line select w/ default val4 configure mode.
BL says 6-10-2-12.
Now I'll do it again but in "Appy" mode and see what pops up.

This one is kind of the Derby Prep kickoff AND the BHP graded finale, but there are some other good races on the card as well.

I like the 5 or the 6.

The 6 requires a bit of projection as it has never run a route, but its 7f race last out was an easy win, coming just off the pace and winning by 7 lengths and change. Because the race was of the easier variety, I'm less concerned about any performance bounce. The 5 is a presser who can keep up with a good second call time.

There is not a lot of early speed in the race, or so it seems, so I think the dedicated sustained horses may just be too far back to win.

Regardless, wonder if any horse from this race will begin to assert its place on forward march of the Derby Trail.

Appy mode shows very similar to Bill V's screen, less the 12 in top 3.
The puzzling thing about the segs screen is it shows such strongest final fraction for the horses who have never run it. Tap It, on the other hand HAS run it, it shows him very strong early but fading late...despite matchup adj final time equal or better than projected pace.
Think I'll decide between 2, 5, and 12 for top spot and work out the rest from race shape tendencies.

Sure is a lot to look at in this race. Fun stuff.

No matter what I do, short of a physical toss, this darned machine just won't let me give up on the 6.
6-10-2-5. 10 2 5 are MY "feel good" numbers.
Tired of messing with it. Spring the gate and let's see what happens!

I always like to consider horses who are supplemental entries. In this race
today they each had to pay $30,000 to run.

Supplements are:

1 - Electric Eddie
5 - Tap It Rich
6 - Shared Belief
11- Sheikinator
12- Rankhasprivileges

Just a little more goo to add to the mix, LOL
Best of Luck, All
