TP / KD Split Cards
Someone wrote me:
"Today, I had a problem with the Turfway Park racecard. The download was no problem. I could open the first two races, but for the rest of the card I got the following message:The problem is, Saturday Sept 11 TP card also contained races from Kentucky Downs (KD) mixed in with it. For some time, mixed cards have caused RDSS a problem, just like with Ohio split cards (e.g. RD / TDN). Sunday's TP card was OK. For TP and Ohio cards (RD / TDN / BEU) you can check the Entries for a given day to see if there are races for multiple tracks - then avoid those cards until RDSS 2.0 fixes the problem. TrackMaster will refund you money for that card, just write them with details (info@trackmaster.com). Ted
