Problems installing new updates - Pace and Cap

Ted:
I tried to install the last two updates with no success.(POR POH &Export to excel)
When I start the download I get a notice that the download has stopped.
RDSS works fine, no problem there.
Thanks for any help you can give me.

I tried to find the file RDSSInstall98.6.exe, in case the exe was missing, but I could not find it.

Chazz,

Is the problem just downloading one of the RDSS install files, or do you also have problems downloading ANY other larger file, like a movie, or other downloadable software application (RDSS is about 15 Mb) ?

For example, can you download this (from the same server, about 25 Mb):

www.SartinMethodology.com/media/mth0626-2.wmv (right-click and Save As in order to actually download and save a file rather than stream this video).

A LOT of downloads of the last 2 RDSS versions have occurred (successfully, I presume) over the past weeks, so I doubt the server is an issue.

Does the 'stopped' notice come from your browser (FF, IE)? Is there a 'partial' file downloaded, which never gets completed? If you look in the folder where your downloads are stored, do you see any fragments of files? Or does the file which is in the process of being downloaded just go 'poof' at some point, no traces on disk?

I have not had any problems downloading any other software. I just downloaded a backup program with no problems.
I downloaded and saved your file, no problems.
When I try to download the update, a box opens and states downloading has stopped. Box disappears as fast as it appears.
There is nothing, that I could find, that shows anything was downloaded.

I had ******* for the ID instead of ********.
