Holy HANA

Hi

Here is a tough one that fits a previous post

Todays HANA Race was race 9 from Arlington
I liked the 8 and 11 but figured the 8 was going to be bet
I could not wait around for race 9 so I advanced bet a Pick 3
Race 7 I single the 6 horse
Race 8 I go 4 deep 2 3 5 7
And Race 9 I go back to two horse win bets format and use the 8 and 11

Here is my 4njbet acount bet.
I was going to include the 12 in the first leg but I knew it was a
longshot. and I have been doing well with this
1x 4 x 2 format on paper = a $8 bet
so I just backed up the pick 3 with a place bet on horse 12 in leg 1
As you can see it was a nice start

top 2 or 3x3x3

FYI

Doc's guidelines for pick 3 bets
3 horses each leg 3 x 3 x 3 = $54 or $27 for $1

$7000 pick 3 if I had a bankroll!

yeah

I ONE NUMBERED the 7 in the 8th, off a FAT CHART angle I've uncovered, and collected my $25.60 to win and went on my way. I just love AP, WO, and HOL these days.

I keep it simple. When I have an opinion, which means I basically like ONE horse in a race, I bet to win. Anything more makes me think I'm just stabbing.

But the day wasn't a success. Even though I had a number of other winners and won significantly more than I bet, I also have a few 2nds and even lost a photo. Which got me to thinking why I run 2nd so often and lose so many photos. This put me in a funk and I'm going to put in an allnighter looking at my plays for the last year and try to figure out how to WIN these photos. There's got to be a way.
