Thanks, Barb
It looks like your son has developed new screens.....including a sort by Early. If I may ask, what does the line of numbers just to the left of the ML indicate? I am looking forward to doing some beta testing starting next month. By the way, RDSS had a good opening day at Del Mar with some very nice prices. Al B. |

Al,
It's the same info, but showing the range of values and yes, sorting by various columns including Early then Hi SR, and Late then Low SR. Those little numbers to the left of the ML are just a way of showing Early or Late rank, and the whole screen will look more or less like the image below when I get it done in a couple ore days for the Beta 1 release. Sometimes the software doesn't make the right prediction at all (for instance, it doesn't do as well as it could on separating ties or horses separated by only 1 SR point, right now), so if you understand the rules correctly, or if (like Pino ) you have improvised on the rules, well you can just change the ranks as you like, manually. A few more tweaks, some documentation, and I'm ready to release to the Beta 1 testing crew (could be the weekend, or early next week). Good luck today, from coast to coast! Ted

Hi Ted I have a question about the 7 horse
The 83 speed ratings came in 2 maiden races 1 was a 4.0 furlong race the other had a 26 Track varient is there a plan to maybe filter such races as a 4.0 distance **Bill: I continued this discussion about your question from the DMR race in a new Topic: http://paceandcap.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7536 **I apologize, I should not have posted an example of a Del Mar race in a Saratoga thread! Thanks, Ted. Looking forward to the release............although it is a challenge to improve on what RDSS has going right now.

Ted, I like the new screen, But I wish you would include a column for total so that if there are late scratches like in race 10 at Saratoga we would be able to refigure the race for ourselves. This was impossible to do since the 2nd & 3rd early % horses scratched.
I realize that when I get the new RDSS2 this problem wiil be solved for me, but what about those who do not have this part of the program? |
