How I see this race.
If the horse energy expenditure is a result by how fast the horse run, then we can extrapolate FPS from the RAW energy numbers.

1 = TE 164.92 FX 66.34 3F=30.50
2 = TE 166.30 FX 66.74 3F=31.29
8 = TE 165.07 FX 66.68 3F=30.69
9 = TE 165.39 FX 65.62 3F=30.61

100-FX=2F
1 = 100-66.34= 2F=33.66
2 = 100-66.74= 2F=33.26
8 = 100-66.68= 2F=33.32
9 = 100-65.62= 2F=34.38
