Yep Darryl I got a little battered today. If it were a fight it would have been stopped in round 3 lol. I will regroup and be onto Tampa tomorrow. Glad to hear Rose is doing well. Are you ready for a white glove inspection when she's 100%?.

Hey Tim
Good to know you're unfazed. Real pros such as your self who are willing to post your picks day in and day out just so others who want to improve their own skills ( I include myself ) can realize improvement in their own handicapping are to admired and honoured for your selfless service. Howard and Jim would be proud because that was what they were all about. Thank you for helping me be a better and more profitable investor.

The true test of a winning horse investor is how he reacts to losing...because the winning takes care of itself.
and Tim is a winner...a gristled veteran of many horse-betting wars. Ray |

Thanks guys. Yesterday was truly one of the ugliest in a long time. Like everyone else I have losing days but it's rare when I don't have the winner in the mix in 50% of a race card whether I win the race or not. In retrospect these types of days serve a purpose by forcing us to review the races lost to see if we got lazy or cocky. The other thing it does is to remind us not to panic and starting changing our approach. It's good to get humbled once in a while to remind us that we must continue to work hard no matter what level of success we maybe enjoying.
Tim
