Bris SuperTote
I cannot log on. Has anyone experience this issue. I went to Brisnet web site and log on - no issue. However through RDSS2 I cannot. Any help will be appreciated.

RDSS Can't Connect to SuperTote
Me too, neither within RDSS or from a browser! I called BRIS Supertote who told me their accounting had recently deactivated accounts inactive for over a year. I asked them to renew my account, updated my credit card and password, and was then able to login via browser.
HOWEVER, still could not login to Supertote within RDSS. I presume that in addition to some accounting housekeeping, they (again) have made modifications to their login web page, which is confounding RDSS' login procedure (which has been pretty stable for 10+ years, so that's about as much as I could hope for in the web page stability department). I get home from travels late next week, so in early July I'll start working further on the RDSS tote interface in earnest. First order of business is getting this fixed (plus adding some other tote sources soon after). In the meanwhile - RDSS seems to be disconnected from the tote board info Sorry about that: I use it all the time. I'll keep folks posted about this. Ted

I used it tonight to play Penn National through RDSS and it worked fine, no problems.

Well, hurrah! Now it works for me too in RDSS! But I still had to call BRISnet to reactivate my account because I hadn't made purchases from them in a year.
If folks are still having problems connecting in RDSS, try that first. I'll keep an eye out (from Las Vegas ) Ted
