Wood 5th OFF THE TURF, means that many here are to be evaluated for Tapeta from TURF lines: 2 and 6 have good tapeta lines but not turf. 7 going BACKWARD on turf, but what will that one do on Tapeta???

HARD to use lines from ONE surface as a standard of reference for another...ANOTHE pass

Wood 8th, 9 furlong MSW...Woodbine seems to be one of the ONLY tracks that cards some real ROUTE maiden races on both surfaces. I was so impressed about this fact (not all maidens have enough speed to win as early/pressers) that I wrote the trackman who writes the condition book and received a nice answer back (to paraphrase: "I responded to the need of what you said {and SOME trainers,} not all horses can win short as maidens.")

3 a scratch in this one.

8 2 9 6 (odd man out),,oh my I misread the sustained numbers as the 8 was 2nd sp....OPEN YOUR EYES DUMMY you should not make rookie mistakes like that!
