Smile Todays races 9-17 by Omar.

I handicap primarily "grass races". I keep track profiles and handicap models for the tracks I play and distances that I handicap. I posted on Pace Advantage on 9-11 where I explained the method or process that I use in picking my pace line for each horse in the race. I only use 1 line on each horse. I rate all the horses (95%) of the time except for the obvious ones: FTS, Foreign horses and the occasional horse that I feel just doesn't belong in the race. I do this for two reasons, 1. evry horse in the race will affect the pace and 2. I want to see horses that may not conform to my model but I feel may have a chance of hitting the board at really good prices.

You can read my post on this entitled " my response to energy distribution" by Dave Schwartz.

It seems every time I go on a forum and try and help some people, I read their posts and believe me they need a lot of help, they're not even sure what handicapping factor or program to use and it seems the majority of the feedback I get is sarcasm and disbelief. So, in my own way of needling them without getting into a back and forth, I DECIDED TO POST AN ENTIRE CARD OF RACES - BEFORE THE RACE WENT OFF! All grass races from Kentucky Downs except for 2 races with a lot of FTS and the 9th and 10th races because my knee was starting to lock up, so I rested for 15 minutes and then had dinner and got back in time for last 2 races. I was a minute late posting race 1 because every time I clicked on an attachment it kept opening a new tab in my browser and it wasn't showing up in my post until after I hit submit. But I figured that out pretty fast.

To see the races with my comments see the post "KD SCREEN SHOT". I also posted 2 races I did at MTH on 9-10. See "two more example races by Omar". For the KD results go to Equibase full or quick charts.

I will try and post the races I do today from MTH, PIM and WO under Selections "Today's races by Omar" on paceandcap about 5 minutes before post time with my comments on the race.

Hope this helps you.

Omar
