posting races

the reason i'm posting this way is;
a) i can't h'cap all the races because my knees stiffen up on me if i stand by computer too long, also my hips are shot so getting up and down is hard;
b) to compensate i'm trying only to play turf races but sometimes Aqu & Lrl go off minutes apart;
c) i type slow so i either post or get shut out like yesterday on a $180 ex at Lrl.

The turf at Aqu recently has been playing for Early or Pressers. At Lrl the 5.5f turf has been playing for pressers or sustained horses.
Either way in sprints i'm looking for horses with closing ability, high velocity [R] #'s plus high velocity speed [S] #'s also, because those horses will use that speed to their advantage on the back end of the race.
Now the 6th at Lrl or the 10th at Aqu i did not post due to time constraints on my part. Now i missed the 10 at Lrl because i just did not remember what i looked at in the velocity cols. Too bad he paid $108. But i did not miss the 2 [$118] [$40.60] [$20] or the 4 [$22] for place. I did not cash the exacta because i only used them around the 9-3-11. these were the screens i was working off of.
Aqu ran 2-4-1-3-8-9
Lrl ran 10-7-3-5-12
