The winner tiers 5th BL/BL & 2nd RX the place horse tiers 1BL/BL & 5th RX. Now for some explaining on how I move the winner from 5th BL to 1 BL. Ok
I downgrade the top 4 for following reasons
#1 NTL type won't get it
# 6 way too high %med to win & DSR
#4 too high %med to win
#5 too high % med to win.
Without keeping a model I would showing the range of %med of winners @ dist I would have missed this race and a nice payoff.
