Didn't just fall off the turnip truck there....This has been documented for YEARS. I can recall telling Bill about it one afternoon when we both liked a Philly shipper and mentioned the same phenomenon...We watched as the top ranked horse (one amongst many many many now) did NOTHING
SAME Thing with Presque Island, Mountaineer lines ALL TOO FAST when going to another track
