Horse Street Handicapper by Dave Schwartz (NEW PACE) uses Cramer Pace in a special analyst that evaluates the first to second fractions. An amazing predictor that had Dudley Diggs last summer in the Queen's Plate and I did not bet it but noted that that finding repeated all summer at odds all over the place. It is the Cramer Pace F1 evaluation that does the prediction for longer priced horses.
