Tim, I agree! Hores on the NY circuit I look for a recent AQ line or a Sratoga line if it matches todays POR.

Same here Mike. Also look at Mid Atlantic & Fl shippers who normally run around 2 turns. I should also been more clear about the turf routes. At Bel they start a lot of them on the 1st turn where as SAR are full 2 turns. Also remember that Sar doesn't run 8 & 8.5 on dirt so a lot of horses will be running at wrong distances for them. For those like myself that also play Mth and Parx look for NY horses that are good at 8 &8.5 that are shipped there by good trainers who won't send them to Sar.

well, after the first two days of Saratoga, I am 5 for 21 in the paper with a net profit. Only 400 races to go.

Hot and Humid.
Tour with Tom Durkin was grand and learned a few things other than the fact he rides a Vespa like little motorcycle to and from his narration job there. Wrote an e-mail to the curator thanking him and he replied that he wanted to come up to see the Canadian Horse Racing Hall of Fame in the near future (at the WEST entrance to the main grandstands at Woodbine-- all are welcome and it is free). Our induction ceremony is August 3rd in Etobicoke with my old pal Exterminator being FINALLY honored. Look for many a wire job on the turf there like Archie Thursday the 28th.The hurdle race we watched was the same way: horse got out by about 15 to 20 and no one could catch him.
