Mike

Mike, Ted answered your question before I could.
I do NOT use New Pace any more in my testing.

I'm very new to the forum and the RDSS2 software. I'm unable to find the VDC rating. Can someone help? Thanks in advance, Carlos

Carlos, welcome to pace and cap.
The Vdc rating is found on the BL/BL screen< it is right beside the BL/BL ratings.

Welcome

Carlos, welcome to RDSS!

Don't forget to check out the Sartin library, make sure you take the time to watch Dr. Sartin's video's.

Good Handicapping!!

I want to thank you rmath and the rest of the group for welcoming me and offering your help. I'm getting my feet wet with RDSS2. I studied Sartin way back in the 90's but then other things came up and now that I'm retired I want to enjoy it again. Thanks all!

When looking at the New Pace tab, what do all the different headings mean and which are the most important ones? Which horse is ranked highest within New Pace?

Thanks in advance, Carlos

Carlos, here is a screen of the 4th at Parx for today.
The 4 NP horses are 10 & 1a Early
6 & 9 late.
In my opinion the most important numbers are the Comp SR #s in the last column. The top five are the 1-10-9-7 - & 1a , by ranking.
I concentrate on these top 5 and ties (when there are ties)
Most winners are found in these horses.
I rarely look at any of the other numbers on the NP screen.

Hope this helps.
Richard
