This idea sounds better & better...........my skype name is: Silentrun14
The free services I see are: person-to-person video and audio calls, instant messaging and conference calls. I think it would be very interesting to have group participation handicapping races.

Hi Ernie,

I've included you in my contacts list.

Skype also offers file sharing so you can share some of those pictures, screenshots, documents or whatever you choose to share with fellow RDSS members. Another good feature is that non members of P&C will not have access to your thoughts, conversations and files if they are not included in your contacts or groups. They can see what's on P&C but can't participate here in real time unless they are included in your individual contacts list. I am taking Patricks suggestion and setting up my own personal RDSS group contacts.
Sometimes you wish to converse with somebody personally or there are other times where you wish to discuss things with a group. Here you have the options to do just that.

You have the option to discuss whatever you want with whomever you wish.
This is just a collaboration of friends. It is for all.
I just got off Skype with Barb and she would like you to be included in this RDSS collaboration of friends.

The open issue of who will be included on the RDSS Collaboration of Friends ? As far as I am concerned it should any member of Pace and cap who wants to. That is only fair. There may be a conference limit so that participants should be on a first come first served basis. If someone leaves then the next person on the queue (if there is one ?) will have an open spot. I really don't know how the mechanics works.

If someone leaves then the next available person who signs in(maybe there is a waiting queue ?) has the open spot.

Ernie,

To my knowledge and what I'm led to believe there's not limit on audio calls. I have spoken to Patrick for over an hour at a time. I don't think there's a limit to individual video calls as well.

I'm working GPX today and will be on SKYPE. I'm using a new psychology that my wife suggested.
Play one track at a time, looking for opportunities in each race. When I hit, then and only then will I quit. If I don't win at the day track, I will play the evening track.
Horse racing is a game of probabilities and numbers.

Bill, it was a pleasure to get to talk to you face to face today.
Thanks for the print outs. You nailed a nice race today.

I also had the pleasure of discussing the GPX card with Patrick and Barb.
Barb is did some fine handicapping and captured the last race at Gulfstream. It paid off very nicely.
Barb is a very nice person and uses RDSS to its full potential. I was impressed with her abilty and her fantastic attitude.
Barb took full advantage of the techniques she acquired from RMath (Richard) and what she had already knew and used them to her advantage. Barb is a very intelligent woman as well and rapidly picks up on whatever she sees.

Patrick is always great to speak with. He's one hell of a nice guy and
I've grown very fond of him.

It's great to get to know, see and speak to the people that are on this board.
Skype makes this possible. It's a more personalized approach that promotes friendship.

Thanks for them kind words Bill. It was a great afternoon. I was sorry I didn't get to say more than hello to Bill V. Just then Ted Checked in by phone from atop Red Rock in Vegas, so missed that part. But Bill H. Parick and I had a great couple of hours doing GP. Patrick I knew from Saratoga where I found out what a great guy he was. And I found Bill H. to be a very good person with a great attitude. If I can boast just a little, I found the energy of playing with other people charges me up. I don't get to do that very often. I carried that energy into the early evening and hit DED 1 and then a biggie in Penn 5 - win and exacta. Then I listened to Rmath (Richard's) advice and quit while I was ahead with the money in my pocket instead of theirs.
