that is the thing about that track as this race showed: earlies get some sort of BOOST there that once established does not often get overcome...LIKE HERE

It's just a matter of knowing when. The last line on the 6 wasn't too out of whack with its 47+ half and 112+ 6F times.

Ooops, jockey's objection. But they rarely stand up to scrutiny.

The four was coming in as much as the six was coming out but I think we are screwed

Bob Hope was our good luck charm here. Last night I woke up and couldn't fall back, so I put on TCM and they were playing a Bob Hope film about a young miss (as in an infant) abandoned at the United Nations.

In the fourth, I have the 9 miles ahead of the rest after 4F. trouble is that there are way too many first timers in here for me to take the small odds.
