Rdss Error Message: For me not a software problem
It's close to the 1st of the month! That's your problem! Check your account carefully. I feel pretty sure that for me this was a Trackmaster problem and I had a similar problem with a credit card. I trust Ted and his software.
My problem started on June 21st when I found out that Trackmaster had mistakenly changed one of the digits in my phone number somehow and a small $10.00 charge from May hadn't cleared. My charge for June unlimited downloads would not go through. I called Trackmaster and it took 35 minutes to explain "their" mistake to the operator after she insinuated that I didn't have the appropriate funds in my account. She didn't seem to be aware that credit cards charges don't go through without the correct phone number. I got my unlimited files in June and July but on August 1st I started to get all of those error messages. I followed Ted's instructions and called Trackmaster as advised. They stated that there was no problem on their side even though the original charge of just $10.00 had still not cleared. I spent a lot of time exchanging emails with Ted who was very patient as usual. We thought that it was a software or Wilbur problem. I spent many hours trying to fix the problem. The problem cleared a week later on August 9th, but not after I missed quite a few good wagers and missed downloads. The original $10.00 charge that never cleared and was most likely my problem (The error messages started on the 1st of August - account due date! When I called them at the time they said that there was "no problem". The original May charge only just cleared this Tuesday, September 1st. What I am saying is that I think it is quite possible that the problem may be with Trackmaster, and not RDSS2. In my case, I don't think it had anything to do with the software.

Hi Don, and all - just checking in briefly from the road (I was out of internet range for the past week). Don, please check the email I just sent you. As I mentioned, I suspect your TrackMaster UID and PWD you are using in RDSS are incorrect. I could not login to YOUR TrackMaster account with ones you're currently using in RDSS ... Could these have recently changed somehow?
I will check in again tomorrow evening. Sorry this has been happening for you Ted
