Question Tax Status of Para-Mutual Investors

I don't necessarily find it hard to believe that 'cappers have to file as an individual tax status; just find it quirky.

For example, most corporations have many investment options and actions that are exempt or a decent percentage of exemptions.

So you tellin me, if the CEO and all the Vice Presidents and Officers of the Coke Cola ,Inc went On-Line at the track and wagered during publicly documented work time and office hours from the Corporate office, that they could not write that off as an corporate INVESTMENT??

Venture Capital Exploration or some other high fallutant technically acceptable monetary term?

Would'nt at the very least that would be considered an Entertainment Expense/Venture Investment expense??

Hell, strip clubs are written off everyday,as business meetings and luncheons, especially corporations doing business in Dallas.

Like the California Lottery and other 100% LEGAL scams, if I say a portion of the proceeds, "help the children", or donated to some favorable political action commitee, or some other LEGAL bribe/kick back to some favorable organization, some love GOTS to come your way, if done properly and correctly.

I wonder if any corporate office has done this, I betcha some got some amount of love from the IRS, especially if they are a fortune 500 company.

WAY more love than the "ordinary" hard working citizens of this republic who simply want the full promise and power of the constitution.

Its still there, isn't it, did somebody last check or see it , physically?

Guess thats too much to ask. I've gone too far now, here I come guantanamo.

Not a penny's worth of tax on anything like lotteries or parimutuels. Not a bit.
