Matchup2 and RDSS

I read the Matchup2 few times cover to cover and I do pretty good at using manually it on the form itself but I would like to start using RDSS to help me apply the 5 points that The Hat describes in his book. Can somebody post a race showing points 1-5 start to finish by using RDSS to help with the decision making process? Please illustrate the following step by step (with RDSS screenshots) as an example for the following: 1. Tandem, 2. Styles, 3. Proj. Pace, 4. Matching the lines and 5. MatchUp This will make it easier to make the transition from the book and the form to using RDSS as the helper in the MatchUp2 decision making process. Thanks to everybody for putting up such great information and examples.

It's probably best that you do some races using the 5 step approach rather than others showing the layout. I think you will get a better feel through some trial and error type work ok? I mean that sincerely.

Since folks like to see longshots here is a race where I will show the whole pp's for each horse and then 2 SIMPLE things to look at from a matchup point of view that CAN be looked at through software. The race took about 40 seconds to work and with some FOCUSED practice some stuff will start looking very familiar to you

I am putting check in boxes of the horses I want to consider

horse 1 - no line. it can NOT get to the lead and it can not close. where is it going? nowhere. OUT

horse 2 - last line against a fast pace

horse 3 - line 2 against a fast pace. this is 2nd back off long layoff and to be honest a lot of folks will NOT use this line which is to the winning horse's BENEFIT as you will see.

I AM using it to show that even relatively "wild and free" line selection gets the winner in an EASILY bettable position

we are also talking about a $58.00 winner here so let's NOT give him any beneficial scenarios. Let's make him EARN his way in to the bet

horse 5 - THIS is the $58.00 winner of the race. I put the arrow to show the FIGHTING at the first call and also to show he continued to lead through the 2nd call as well.
