There isn't a lot of picking going on. I don't look at PP's when I am looking for races. For the most part I wait for a track to be "not off" and for scratches. I then look at entries only from the last race forwards. This gives players more time to handicap. Considering our overall handicapping approach I look for fields of older non maidens. And big fields.

Pook, if you're looking for big fields, you might want to consider races from Churchill. They run Thurs-Sunday. There were several fields in the first week with 12 horses.
