Hi Barb,

We have never met, but I believe you must be a truly good woman and therefore Happy Birthday. As an engineer and mathematician, I believe in facts and I base that statement on the fact that your son is one of the most honest and trustworthy men I have ever done business with. In an industry where almost everyone makes spurious claims and under delivers, your son, year in and year out, provides a great product and supports it at a level that would make any parent proud. How many businesses do any of us work with in 2025 where if we have a problem and contact them, they are in touch within a day and helping? I am a single dad and if my daughter were to go in to business, I hope she takes care of her customers as well as your son takes care of us. So not just Happy Birthday but Happy Mother's day to the mom of a son who clearly loves you and that you raised to be a good man.

Dan

You bring a tear to my eye in reading your Birthday wishes Dan. I thank you very much for that.
Thank you too for recognizing Ted's dedication to respecting his friends and clients with prompt replies in this world we live in now. I know for myself, I have been pleasantly surprised lately by a couple of tech supports who have answered my calls for help promptly and solved my problem quickly and efficiently. They are hard to find these days and so have gone to the top of my recommendation list.
I am very proud of Ted, and the service he gives everyone here is nothing more than I would expect of him. This whole project is his baby, and who wouldn't give their all to their child.
I apologize for being so long winded, but there was something in your post that caused me to. Again, I thank you.
Take care :
Barb
