I like this WO race Cigar because of the definable pace. The 1,5,8,11 all have early speed followed closely by the 9, 12, and 13 as E/P types. I think it will run OTE.
This leaves me with the 4, 6, and 7 as contenders. The 4 can really run at the end but makes no move whatsoever before the half-mile. That may be too late. The 6 is in tandem with the 7 in both horses last race. The 7 was in front of the 6 early. Frequently, the best late runner in a sprint is a router who closes up a bit in routes. The 7 is my choice to win the race.
