Total Energy Differences In Sprints
Would it be safe to say that given reasonable paces (nothing overly fast for the distance or class level), that TE for 5.5f distances is about 2 pts. higher than 6 & 6.5f distances (ex. 177.0 vs 175.0) and that 7 and 7.5f distances are about 2 full pts. lower than 6 & 6.5f?
Just looking for an average ballpark estimate here. |
