Need Help - Pace and Cap

I have an old copy of Validator 3. The program opens on my computer but does not recognize the Trackmaster files. These files will open with Trackmaster but not with Validator 3. I have set up the program with a subdirectory "trkmast" where the trackmaster files are situated and created a shortcut on my desktop to open the program. I am led to believe that either the trackmaster files are not associated correctly with the Validator 3 program, which I may have Inadvertantly changed or I may have a Configuratin problem with Config.nt or Autoexec.nt. I am running Windows XP Professional as an operating system.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
