Match Up 2nd Key: Positioning Examples - Pace and Cap

I like the example after example after example format of Richie's Match Up tutorial: 2nd Key - Positioning. So much repetition helps condition my brain to LOOK and SEE.

This thread is for notes to myself (and of course anyone else

) to help further LOOK at and SEE the race which has run a thousand times before. If anyone has any good examples, let me know and I'll post in RDSS format (RDSS testers, please feel free).
