Could you answer two questions for me ? [pardon my ignorance]

What do you mean E - ealry L- Late and H- Handicap? Rankings of some sort?

And ...how do you adjust SPEC for Delmar? What kind of adjust and how?

I'm sure thats more than two questions but I used only 3 question marks.

The 9 horse is a foreign horse no lines but 8/5 M/L favorite so will not bet this race but if so would go with one, three, and four. Glad to see DMR where the turf meets the surf open again.
