Lemon seed ranking

Just to let everybody know what is up with the lemon
I had a nice meeting with Richie today at lunchtime.
I told him how much I admire Marion Jones
If your a newer user of the Methodology Marion Jones was a teaching member of the pirco.
Doc Sartin spoke at the 91 Las Vegas
seminar about how he and Jim Bradshaw would make programs
and send them to Marion in San Diego. They would just send
him a disk, no instructions. He would just put the program in and figure it out.
I admire Marion. I spoke to Doc awile ago and he told me my biggest
holdup to better 20 race cycles was that at some point in the cycle
I loose focus. To battle this problem and to stay focused on what the methodology is
What I do is break out one of any of my Sartin programs and just use that program .Not the way
I use RDSS or how I used to use Val 4 or what ever.
I need to put myself into that period of the methodology
I become a different person I need to change my state of mind to focus to feel it
You might remember Ragon. That is me with KGEN
I learned to win from reading the follow ups that
were written when KGEN was the program of the methodology
To be totally into each program I need to change my state of
mind. I need to become a new client, When I reached into
my bag of programs and pulled out Entropy I became lemon
Lemon uses Entropy Lemon does not own any other program
so Lemon does not freak out after a loss and say what happens
when I use EXDC or Energy or KGEN or RDSS or Val 4
Once I get into a program I need to be in that state in my mind.
Like Marion I want to learn what Doc wants me to do to win with this program , I want to be like Marion
just send me the program The Sartin Methodology
will make it work

Here is my work up of Race 6 from Rich's Delta races
from Friday night I did not bet this race I wanted to
but as they say When you snooze you lose
It was a long week and my nap turned into passing out
any way
Here is the race
I picked a line for each horse
I use what I call the Lemon Speed Rating method
to be cute i call it the lemon seed rating !
because I rank or seed if you will each speed rating
Again This is a variation of what I would do if I
used the DRF and hand entered lines as folks did in 1991
Today I send my lines over from RDSS so I have no
Beyer numbers and DRF SR + TV
Doc teaches this method in the 91 Lets get serious
seminar tapes and in the follow ups like 35 - 40
I use the Ajd TM speed ratings and the Track master
net speed ratings
here is a screen shot of this race and the calculations

Lemon Seed

Now In this race I see horses from different tracks, surfaces, and distances The top 5 horse ( the 5 with the lowest total line seedings ) I send the 5
lines Adjusted to Entropy When I do races and there is not a lot a variation
I send the races raw its a call I make each race .

without going thruogh all the screens I use here
Lets just get to the Dcv Sort

I opened up the readouts and hand typed each of the 5
readouts Ep P He TD and PM / relative to velocity/deceration
Warning these readouts The highest numbers are the best
but the ranking of the highest numbers gets a 1 a 2 and so on
so the total lines score of the rankings is added together
and then low is best Now back in 1991 the methodology
guidelines were bet your top two Not THE top two
but the Your to two

For me I will bet the two lowest linescore (here low is best)
that would be # 2 and 4
The 2 won and paid $16.00

Thanks Bill/lemon

THIS quote has caused the biggest POSITIVE change in my play over the last couple of weeks.

Before absorbing your quote above I was going through continuous cycles of:
1) Constant play of 7-10 hours a day
2) Burnout and NO play
3) Constant play of 7-10 hours a day
4) Burnout and NO play

Your post made me stop and think about finding a "better way" and since then I have formed a MUCH different way to approach the races.

1) I NEVER even consider working races on days or times when I have ANY negative thoughts in my head about ANYTHING whether racing related or personal. I have learned though personal experiences (read LOSING sessions) that this positive KARMA thing is very real for me.

2) When #1 does not exist and I am going to work races I now allocate a 2 hour window to work races and bet.NEVER longer. During the session I will look at 3-6 tracks, turn off all phones, emails etc and work races intensely focused. Using the RDSS live tote feed I can see on the left side ALL the tracks upcoming post times so i NEVER miss a race. Might seem insignificant at first blush but it is huge for ME.

3) I pay VERY close attention to my mental focus and LISTEN for clues from the inner voice. When it puts in my head to "shut it down" I listen and act on it. Believe it or not I am noticing that this has virtually NOTHING to do with whether I am winning or losing for that particular session.

Following this plan inspired by YOU:
1) Betting $20.00 per race the last 2 weeks I have made enough PROFIT to pay my homeowners insurance for the year and it is a fairly significant number man.

2) Yesterday I started working on my property taxes which come due end of February. This is a MUCH bigger nut and to pay it ALL from racing I am going to need to be at my absolute BEST.

Thanks Bill. You are inspiring me to be the best I can be!

P.S. I also have met a very nice young lady. I'm gonna go for it even though she is 20 years my junior.
