Ctx 04-15-06 Races 1, 3, 8, 9 - Pace and Cap

Last night was the worst night I have had at this track in the last 3 nights. I apologize for offering my opinion to Shoeless in the 9th race
where he was right on with an $11.00 + winner.
I re-formulated the race and sure enough his pick came up on top.

I went back to the drawing board and made some adjustments, which hopefully will do a lot better tonight.
