Beyer Target
If anyone has had a chance to read Andy Beyer's column the other day in DRF, which I will say is right on the mark about Tampa Bay Downs and Mr. Jamie Ness maybe now something will happen. And should Mr.Ness be found guilty of any wrong doing Andy Beyer will be 1 out of 2 or 50%. The only thing I wonder about is anything going to happen because of the ownership of Mr. Ness's racing stock.
