New Pace and TPR numbers - Pace and Cap

Here is the 5th race at Philly on Sunday.Using the TPR program if you would use the New Pace approach you had the winner 8-18.00 and the 2nd place horse 6 for a 75.00 ex.For me this is better as Im picking my own pacelines to come up with this.Im sure the numbers in RDSS would come to the same conclusion.

The NewPace approach would not have gotten the #8 winner (at least not in RDSS). The #6 was the clear counter-energy horse (Early) and good for the exacta, as we discussed in another recent thread re Dream Race.

Congratulations if you got the top 2 using NewPace!

Your TPR numbers in RDSS did get it,as a matter of fact you had the exacta just using the No
1 horse in EPR(6) AND LPR(8).Im not trying to take away the great work done here by Pino and
Mike but just saying this may be an alternative to people who like to pick their own pacelines.

Jeff,

TPR in RDSS has the winner just fine (see the 'CPR' readout above). You said 'New Pace' had teh winner, and I presumed you meant Dave Schwartz' NewPace numbers, which is what I said did not get the winner (per the red circled column above).

Perhaps I misunderstood what you were referring to by 'New Pace' and you indeed meant something else, something to do with TPR.
