changing RDSS PP plan

I'm trying change back to PP's only and from PP + Results bundle....
I gives me an error message, saying I already have PP's only, but RDSS still shows PP's + Results plan

Joe, I wrote to Greg at TrackMaster about this, and asked him to keep me in the loop, also reply to your email address.

Email me if there's any delay getting this fixed. Next RDSS update will select between the 2 account types, if you've ever used both.

Joe, we've resolved this (by temporary workaround) by email, but it highlights and issue which may be instructive to other RDSS users:

In the current version of RDSS, the TrackMaster RDSS data plan type you get is the last one you added. If you only ever chose PP Only, that's the plan you get. If you chose PP Only, then added PP+Charts, then PP+Charts plan is what you get. If you then decided to revert back to PP Only, you still get the last one you added, which is PP+Charts, since you can't add PP Only (since you already have it...). Thus, in the current version of RDSS, thee is no means to revert back to a previous plan once you have signed up for both.

Further, this problem only applies if you are on the Pay-go style of data plan, NOT if you are on a subscription type (e.g. 20/$30, or unlimited, etc). If you are on such a subscription plan, you can revert back to an earlier plan.

This is fixed in the next RDSS update: you can choose which of the plans you currently want, and can switch back and forth at will. But this update is still forthcoming and I don't have a firm schedule yet for it, sorry.

This all has to do with TrackMaster's accounting system, which they're not about to change for something related only to RDSS, which will be fixed within a month or so (and I can see their point).

I apologize for this inconvenience - it's a nuance which escaped us when initially designing the RDSS subscription software interface - but will be resolved pretty soon.
