Oak Tree 10-14 5th Race

I'm certainly no expert at this but I'm going to take a shot at ths one.
I used Speculator to work a few races at Oak Tree yesterday and hit three winners (no bets just made my picks) out of four races. All chalk but that seems to be what was winning yesterday. I have no objection to collecting a Win bet at 5/2 if that is going to be the outcome of the race. I'll take the cash.

Today at Oak Tree seems to be a little different. I'm new with Speculator so maybe we'll have some beginners luck.
Oak Tree
Fifth Race
WIN - 6 ML 15/1
WIN - 1 ML 8/1
Box Exacta 1-6

If I am using this properly it looks like this one could come in I should be getting good at this now since I used if for a whole day yesterday for one race card.

Good Luck,
Charlie

That is sure a TOUGH place to start since the 6.5 turf course is UNIQUE in all of North American racing and NONE HAVE RUN OVER IT.

Oak Tree

I normally stick to Belmont and Saratoga but since Belmont wasn't open I took a shot at Oak Tree yesterday. Then decided to give it another try today.
I probably would do better with local tracks but the west coast tracks give me something of a time advantage.
I downloaded the data file from Belmont for Monday and worked those races which I had already bet and remembered the outcome of most of them That doesn't work. You can't be unbiased if you know the winner. I recap all of the races I bet to see where I may have gone wrong or where I was right so I am able to improve. Buy making an unbiased selection of race when I know the winner is definitely beyond me.

I'll see how this one goes. If you have any suggestions, I'm all ears.

Thanks,

Charlie

I commend you Charlie for posting before the race, anyone can make comments after the race is run which in turn means nothing. My 2 cents to this race are the works on numbers 4 & 9 not that they will win or I am selecting them, just that I am looking at # 4 & # 9 to use in the gimmicks.

good logic with what you had

The winner was running in graded stakes in France and they are always tough and Canani has trained Brreder's Cups turf winners: easy spot for him
