Belmont 9/15 late DD - Pace and Cap

Belmont's late P4 looks do-able. I will list the contenders in each
screen shot and also list the median energy requirements for the distance.

In the P4 i will use the 2 horses which are closest to the median energy
profile for Belmont.

7th race median profile = 66.85 % 8f-turf
8th race median profile = 68.50 % 7 fur D
9th race median profile = 68.30 % 9 fur D
10th race median profile = 68.40 % 6 fur D
