Nice job Forego... I have to ask you what was your thought process to eliminate the 3 as a contender.? I included him and SPEC BL/BL had it 7-3-4-10....

good morning jms.

the 3 shows three wire to wire wins and places in his past performances. he does nothing when he can not get the lead.

from the bottom up the 1st call fractions are 22.0,21.1 and 23.0. these were all on dirt track.

he goes two races on cushion at hollywood and with 1st call fractions of 22.0and 21.3 he is 7th and 5th positionally at the first call. so he either:
1- is going off form
2- does not like the cushion/poly
3- both

i never even considered this horse after seeing this jms.

when i worked races with richie on the phone he showed me that little trick about the first call i just laid out above. nothing works all the time but it is very strong predictor of what is going on with the horse form wise.very strong.

by the way trackmaster has really improved these pdf past performances. by clicking on the blue date on left the chart for the race comes up on the screen. no additional cost which is great.
