Thumbs up Evd 04-27-07 Full Card Using Synergism 2

I handicapped the full card at EVD using AODDS for my contenders (narrowing down to 4 contenders).
Then I determined which type of horse the race would favor (either early or sustained).
Finally, I ran all the races through Synergism 2.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have 2 choices for each race.
If any of the choices fall below 7-2 odds, I will hedge that horse so that it is at breakeven for the total
amount bet on the race. This allows me to bet more on the higher odds horse and more or less get a free bet
unless both horse lose.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If both horses fall below 7-2, I pass the race.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If one horse scratches and the other horse is 7-2 or better
I bet 2.5 times the amount on place then I would for win.
Ex, $ 4 win and $10 Place.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here's what I came up with.

Race - 1...........2,7

Race - 2...........5,10

Race - 3..........11,5

Race - 4............4,7

Race - 5...........12,6

Race - 6............8,9

Race - 7...........12,8

Race - 8.............1,8

Race - 9.............6,3

Race - 10...........7,5

Parts,

I'm going to do Eve. Downs on Fri with SPEC150 and then watch your picks.

I'll probably post my picks before post time of each race.

I'm not sure about the time being correct on my posts as I live in Bullhead City Arizona (96' today) and we are not on daylight time so the times on my posts are one hour off.

Froggy

Time as I push the button is 08:38 pm

Bill and Richie don't read this.

I just figured out I could win the Handicapping contest with having the winner in every race because my posts are an hour off.

Maybe Kiltman and I will be able to split first prize this way.

Bill

After I thought about this it sure seems strange to me that we would get two different times on the same post on the same board . your contest is going to consist of tracks and participants from diffrent time zones how is thid going to work.I live in east texas that would acount for the one hour difference in time between us Arizona doesen't use daylight savings time that would acount for the 3 hour difference in time for you and froggy, but it doesen't explain the difference on the board it's self.

NO problem Bill. I will close the betting with a post at the 1 mtp mark according to Brisbet. Hopefully ALL bets are in prior to this. Will save an awful lot of headaches man having to go back and forth between result charts and posted times etc etc.

also hope folks realize that some days we are doing TWO (2) races and only Bill and myself are handling all the scoring, judging, totalling etc etc

some cooperation by NOT waiting til 0 mtp would be greatly appreciated

sorry for taking this off topic Parts. Lemme see if I can find something tonite here at Evd to contribute

Best of luck everyone on the card

When I originally signed up here one of the questions was what time zone I was in and Arizona wasn't one of the selections, but there was a place for mountain time and since it was at that time of the year that is what I indicated.
Since then the new daylight time savings time dates went into effect and now we have even more time of the year on pacific time I figure thats where I need to be placed now

If you think this is confusing you should live here (Bullhead City Az.) where I can look out my window and see the other side of the river (Laughlin Nv.) which is in the pacific time zone.

Some people live here and work over there, while their spouses work here.
Some of my friends live over there and work here and vice versa.
Some of us have two clocks side by side to help to keep thing straight.

At least I don't live in Wendover which is a small community that has a time zone boundary going thru the center of town.

On last nights post the time on that post in this forum indicated mountain time and said 07:38 pm when I my actual time was 08:38.

Time to sign off and go do the races at the big A (eastern time zone).
