Day off today, Thursday

This race has me a little baffled and seem to be a pass, but...

Would a good model make the 2 , 7 and 8 the contenders?

Spot plays on 2 and 7, maybe? How bout some imput here guys and gals?

Or would we go 9, over 2,7 and 8 in the exotic's?

Patrick,

IMHO OR FWIW ...whatever

Get rid of the weak (non, secondary) contenders and display the top 5
RDSS contenders.

If the 2 and 7 are still the best TT and SC contenders then I would consider
these horses could betting opportunities if the odds justify.

After scratches look at it now, big difference , and possibly no value , must watch tote board, no?

This is the reason for having model info to go on , it would help decide what to play, right?

Now when you mention SC do you mean the screenshot I attached?

Thanks Ernie

Well believe it or not today will be my very First visit to the Saratoga Springs Flat track during live racing, yes I went to morning workouts, but left by 9am.

Wish me luck today, as I begin building a small bank, (starting with 40.00) for when RDSS shows up in 2 weeks or so. If I do great, if not, then visiting with you all will still be great.

Good luck all

Patrick

I like the 9, but the price is way too short for me.
I'm passing.

My 7f track model contains four races for the entire Saratoga meet to date. I did not include any maiden races, races on tracks listed other than fast nor the graded stakes race. I also did not include today's fifth race because #10 Heritage Hall only had two lifetime starts and I require all entrants to have at least three rateable North American races to qualify for my model.

Note, I don't include these races in my model. That doesn't mean I don't bet them. Kindly observe the distinction.

The four race winners have a very narrow energy distribution window (see the image below).

In addition 100% of those races were won by horses who were either first or second in the following categories.

POH -- TE F1 SC
POR -- TE F2 SC TS
Primary -- EPR FX
Pace Potential -- E/EP
CBL -- F1 SC
SUP -- Frl-E

Ever get that urge to bet the longest shot in the field? There's something about the 7 horse in the seventh at Saratoga that keeps me looking at it.

I've got little data in my 6 furlong model, but this horse fits what little that I have. It will be 20/1 at least by post time and worthy of a deuce for me.

You sure it wasn't 7 horse in the 2nd Race 30-1 winner?

I got there just in time to see it, great time, just not a winning day.

Lot's of people and lots to do, next time I win too.
