R4 Ex hit with a 130/1 place horse - Pace and Cap

Playing Parx today 11-20 and I hit the Ex in R4 $25K Mdn Clm.
Winner was a real stickout @ 1/9 but the place hors was totally overlooked at 130/1. Here's the winning ticket
